Whether adjusting to being discharged from an inpatient admission or re-engaging in treatment in the community, the Aegis Health Day Clinic offers services that enable people to receive close-to-life care and remain connected to their everyday life and loved ones.
Applying newly learned experiences from our day programs when returning home, between sessions and in real-life environments helps facilitate long-term recovery.
