Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Your story, your space.

One-to-one therapy is a cornerstone of effective mental health care and can offer a safe and confidential space to:

  • Deepen the work of group programs
  • Explore personal challenges and strengths
  • Build insight
  • Develop healthy coping strategies specific to you
  • Work on life areas that are important and meaningful to you

It can be especially valuable for those needing more focused support alongside group programs or during times of increased stress.

We offer individual therapy

Whether you’re with us as an inpatient or attending a day program, our therapists provide compassionate, one-to-one support tailored to your personal goals and needs.

Individual therapy is integrated into our care coordination approach, with seamless access to our team—working alongside your existing professional supports, including psychiatrists, allied health clinicians, and GPs—to ensure targeted, continuous and connected care throughout your journey.
