Dr Joe McTigue graduated from Medicine at The University of Western Australia in 2016. He completed an internship and residency at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, where he worked in Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Respiratory Medicine and Cardiovascular Medicine. In 2019, he worked for 6 months in the Emergency Department at Albany Health Campus, where he obtained his Certificate of Emergency Medicine.

In 2020, he completed a further residency at Perth Children’s Hospital in the departments of Emergency Medicine, Adolescent Medicine, and Ear Nose and Throat Surgery. During this time, he also completed the Sydney Child Health Program.

Having worked in General Practice since 2021, Joe is passionate about the safe use of technology to improve healthcare workflows.

Brittany initially studied a Bachelor of Biomedical Science in Melbourne before moving to Perth in 2014 to study medicine at the University of Western Australia. She has remained in Perth due to the wonderful weather and lifestyle to raise her young family. She completed her hospital training in Perth before embarking into general practice. She has further upskilled in areas of obstetrics and gynaecology working at King Edward Memorial Hospital and paediatrics at Perth Children’s Hospital.  Brittany teaches at the Curtin Medical School supporting the next generation of doctors.
