To make a booking click the “Book Appointment” button at the top of the website. You can also download the HotDoc app and register your details and book. You can also contact us on (08) 6256 5150.
When you register as a new patient at Aegis Health Medical Centre, we do not automatically have access to your previous health information. With your permission, we can sometimes access limited information through “My Health Record” if you have one.
To ensure we have all the necessary information to continue your care safely and seamlessly, you can request a transfer of your records. Please call the Centre and speak with one of our team, who will provide you with the transfer form. Once you complete the form, we will send it to your previous clinic, which will then transfer your records to be included in your Aegis Health Medical Centre file.
At Aegis Health Medical Centre, we are a private billing practice committed to providing transparent and fair billing practices. All consultations will incur a “gap” fee as outlined below. We ask that all accounts be settled on the day of your visit using cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.
For your convenience, Medicare rebates can be processed through our system with the presentation of your Medicare card, ensuring you receive your rebate promptly and efficiently. Our goal is to make the billing process as straightforward and seamless as possible, allowing you to focus on your health and well-being.
